CUEVAS BLANCAS SITE

The Cuevas Blancas site will be the main site of the Science and Technology Park of Tenerife. It will house, in a first phase, the PCTT Headquarters Building, which has already been built, the Multi-companies Building in a second phase and infrastructures for technology-based companies. All this makes this enclave an ideal ecosystem for the installation of technology-based companies.

HEADQUARTERS BUILDING

Representative building of the Science and Technology Park of Tenerife which will house:

  • Management offices of the Science and Technology Park of Tenerife,
  • Offices for rental operation
  • Common-use infrastructures: training rooms, meeting rooms, assembly hall, etc.
  • Specific services that enhance the quality of your stay in this enclave: nursery, gymnasium, cafeteria, etc.

MULTI-COMPANY BUILDING

Phase II of the building construction consists of the construction of the Multi-company building, consisting of 3 modules and intended for the installation of large companies, multinationals, etc.
